Welcome to Leaside United Church, a congregation of The United Church of Canada. Located at the intersection of Millwood and McRae in the heart of Leaside in central Toronto, we are a community oriented church with a membership comprising about 357 households. Our church has served the Leaside neighbourhood for over 70 years. Locate it on the map.

Our Mission

We are a welcoming, inclusive community with strong networks of supportive relationships, prayerfully striving for excellence in all that we do, growing in faith and spirituality, and reaching out to those in need.

Our Worship

Our Worship Services are held at 10:30 am on Sundays. We also have Church School for children and nursery care during the 10:30 service. The service is followed by a time of fellowship with coffee, tea, and lemonade hosted by members of the congregation. More...

Our Ministers pulpit

The Reverend Dr. David Bruce and the Reverend John G. Smith are our ministers. Some of their sermons are on the website. Sharon Beckstead is our Director of Music.
